YEWSCRIPTS END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) Effective Date: October 2, 2025 Last Updated: October 2, 2025 This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "you") and YewScripts ("we," "us," "our") governing your use of GPC script files and related services purchased from https://yewscripts.com. BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING OUR PRODUCTS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE OUR PRODUCTS. 1. LICENSE GRANT 1.1 Limited License Subject to your compliance with this EULA, YewScripts grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal license to: - Download and use purchased GPC script files - Access associated documentation and tutorials - Use products solely for personal, non-commercial purposes 1.2 License Scope This license permits: - Installation on devices you personally own - Use in private gaming sessions - Personal customization of settings 1.3 License Restrictions This license does NOT permit: - Commercial use or exploitation - Public distribution or sharing - Resale or transfer to third parties - Use in competitive or tournament play 2. RESTRICTIONS AND PROHIBITED USES 2.1 You SHALL NOT: - Share, distribute, upload, or transfer GPC files to any third party - Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the products - Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code - Modify products for redistribution or commercial purposes - Remove or alter any proprietary notices or markings - Use products to violate any game's Terms of Service - Claim ownership or authorship of YewScripts products - Use products in any illegal manner 2.2 Anti-Piracy Unauthorized distribution of our products may result in: - Immediate license termination - Legal action for copyright infringement - Permanent ban from all YewScripts services - Pursuit of damages 3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS 3.1 Ownership YewScripts retains all rights, title, and interest in: - GPC script files and code - Documentation and tutorials - Trademarks and branding - Website content and design 3.2 No Transfer of Ownership This EULA grants you a license to use, not ownership of, the products. All intellectual property rights remain with YewScripts. 3.3 Feedback Any suggestions, feedback, or ideas you provide become property of YewScripts and may be used without compensation. 4. THIRD-PARTY TERMS 4.1 Game Terms of Service You acknowledge that using our products may violate game Terms of Service and could result in account penalties. You accept full responsibility for such consequences. 4.2 Platform Requirements Products require Cronus Zen or compatible devices. YewScripts is not affiliated with Cronus or device manufacturers. 5. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS 5.1 Product Updates We may provide updates, patches, or improvements at our discretion. Updates are covered by this EULA unless otherwise specified. 5.2 No Update Obligation We are not obligated to: - Provide updates or improvements - Maintain compatibility with game updates - Fix issues caused by external changes 6. TERMINATION 6.1 Termination Events This license terminates immediately if you: - Violate any provision of this EULA - Share or distribute products illegally - Engage in piracy or unauthorized use - Fail to pay for subscription services 6.2 Effect of Termination Upon termination: - You must cease all use immediately - Delete all copies of products - Lose all access rights - Forfeit any payments made 6.3 Survival Sections regarding intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination. 7. DISCLAIMERS AND WARRANTIES 7.1 "AS IS" Provision PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING: - MERCHANTABILITY - FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE - NON-INFRINGEMENT - UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION - COMPATIBILITY WITH ALL GAMES OR SYSTEMS 7.2 No Guarantees WE DO NOT GUARANTEE: - Products will meet your requirements - Undetectability by anti-cheat systems - Continuous functionality after game updates - Any specific results or performance 7.3 Assumption of Risk You acknowledge the risks of using game enhancement tools, including permanent game bans, and accept full responsibility. 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 8.1 Damage Limitations TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YEWSCRIPTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: - Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages - Lost profits or data - Game account bans or losses - Hardware damage - Any damages exceeding the purchase price 8.2 Total Liability Cap Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product causing the claim. 9. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless YewScripts, its officers, employees, and agents from all claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from: - Your use or misuse of products - Violation of this EULA - Violation of third-party rights - Violation of game Terms of Service - Any illegal activities 10. PRIVACY AND DATA Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy at https://yewscripts.com/privacy. We collect minimal data necessary for license verification and support. 11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES 11.1 Applicable Law This EULA is governed by the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. 11.2 Dispute Resolution Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Florida under American Arbitration Association rules, except for small claims court matters. 11.3 Class Action Waiver You waive any right to bring claims as part of a class action or representative proceeding. 12. EXPORT CONTROLS You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations. Products may not be exported to prohibited countries or individuals. 13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and YewScripts regarding the products and supersedes all prior agreements. 14. SEVERABILITY If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. 15. AMENDMENTS We may modify this EULA with 30 days notice for material changes.
